Qualifications

• 8+ years of IP attorney experience including litigation, clearance and prosecution.
• In-house experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IP infringements and manage enforcement actions.
• Oversee global trademark searches and registrations.
• Coordinate IP rights clearance with content teams and Mattel Films.
• Advise on IP matters across AI, M&A, tax and finance.
• Manage paralegals and outside counsel as needed.
