Job summary

Percheron LLC seeks a Senior Right of Way Agent to manage title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation for ROW projects. You will negotiate land rights, assess ownership interests, and coordinate with landowners while ensuring compliance with Texas ROW standards.

The role requires active Texas Right of Way Certification, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in office and field settings. You will prepare detailed reports and liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in the Right of Way industry.
• Strong knowledge of land titles, valuations, surveys, and permits.
• Ability to interpret alignment sheets and plats.
• Experience with acquisition, relocation documents, and permit processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate, and elect to purchase land rights and rights of way for construction.
• Identify land ownership interests and required permits and acquire permits as directed.
• Oversee land-related legal issues including titles, deeds, mortgages, zoning.
• Prepare reports on complex negotiations for easements, damage settlements, and permits.
• Liaise with landowners/tenants on ownership and access issues.
• Review third-party development plans and ROW records to determine conflicts.
