Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Sr Rigging and Power Warehouse Technician to lead equipment handling, QC, and logistics in our Orlando warehouse. You will supervise staff, coordinate inbound/outbound moves, and support on-site show logistics and deliveries.

This safety‑critical role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with rigging/power equipment experience, forklift operation skills, and strong communication to partner with Rigging and Power teams and site leadership.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years’ experience in warehouse environment.
2+ years’ experience with Rigging and Power equipment.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead inbound/outbound processing of Rigging and Power equipment, including picking, scanning, staging, and loading.
Perform QC on incoming/outgoing equipment and oversee re-shelving after QC.
Utilize Navigator to manage pick lists and track orders; perform annual inventory.
Operate industrial forklifts and assist with equipment deliveries and show site needs.
Supervise warehouse staff, assign shifts, and oversee asset management and QC processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and certifications; participate in safety initiatives.
