Job summary

Connection is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager in New Hampshire to lead complex proposal projects from receipt through submission. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Services, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to deliver accurate, tailored responses on tight deadlines, while mentoring the RFP and Forms teams.

You will also manage content libraries, ensure quality and consistency, and drive improvements based on lessons learned and metrics.

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of the RFP process and ability to write effective proposals.
• Understanding of Connection’s organizational structure and business practices.
• Experience with RFP submittal portals.
• Understanding of reverse auctions.
• Understanding of IT product offerings and verticals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize information across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional contributions for global opportunities.
• Write, edit, and compile proposal content covering company and product data and portal information.
• Gather input across departments to create comprehensive, accurate responses tailored to client needs.
• Ensure each response tells a cohesive story and positions Connection favorably.
• Support and mentor the RFP and Forms teams; onboard new team members.
• Maintain reusable content and RFP library; track lessons learned and publish metrics.
