Job summary

Acceler8 Talent partners with a MIT-rooted semiconductor startup in Boston to design RF hardware across chip, package and system-level integration on a multi-material 3D platform for next-generation high-frequency systems.

You'll tackle RFIC/MMIC design for microwave and mmWave, develop active RF blocks (PAs, LNAs, beamforming), and drive architecture from tapeout through validation and hardware debug, with equity and early-team ownership on offer.

Qualifications

• Multiple delivered chips or significant RF hardware programs
• Experience with demanding high-frequency systems and measured hardware

Responsibilities
