Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of RFIC/MMIC design experience.
• Strong RF circuit design knowledge and performance metrics.
• Experience with ADS and Cadence environments.
• Hands-on RF lab testing and product release.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF ICs including low-noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, attenuators, and switches.
• Push state-of-the-art designs while mitigating risk.
• Design and layout RF circuits with high integrity to schedule.
• Share detailed technical results and support cross-functional groups.
• Use RF test equipment for validation and support NPI.
