Acceler8 Talent in the Boston area is seeking a Senior RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer for an on-site role. You will drive RFIC/MMIC design across microwave and mmWave, including PAs, LNAs, and beamforming-related circuits, from architecture through tapeout, validation and hardware debug.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on RFIC/MMIC design experience.
• Multiple delivered chips or significant RF hardware programs.
• Experience with demanding high-frequency systems and measured hardware.
