Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Senior RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer in Boston, MA, onsite. You will lead end-to-end RFIC/MMIC circuit design, from architecture through hardware validation, for high-frequency radar and satellite communication applications.

You’ll design and optimize power amplifiers, LNAs, and beamforming-related circuits, working closely with packaging, systems, and materials teams in a small, technically focused engineering group.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on RFIC/MMIC design experience with completed hardware.
• Expertise in active RF circuit design (PA/LNA or beamforming).
• Experience with microwave/mmWave systems for radar/satellite comms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RFIC/MMIC circuit design from architecture to validation.
• Design and optimize RF circuits including PAs, LNAs, beamforming components.
• Develop RF solutions for radar and satellite communications applications.
• Collaborate with packaging, systems, and materials engineers to optimize performance.
• Evaluate trade-offs among performance, power, and integration.
• Lead RF hardware characterization, measurement, debugging, and optimization.
• Contribute to engineering methodologies in a small semiconductor team.
