Job summary

Array Labs is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to develop RF electronics for radar sensors. You will take hardware from schematic design through prototyping, bring-up, and qualification, collaborating with antenna, mixed‑signal, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure performance and reliability on orbit.

You will lead design trades, pick components, and guide prototyping and testing while improving noise, stability, and power efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 4–7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in electronics design, bring‑up, and test
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Self-directed learning and high accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints
• Preferred: MS/PhD and RF fundamentals expertise

Responsibilities

• Develop RF electronic subsystems from architecture to manufacture
• Collaborate with RF systems, antenna, mechanical, firmware, and test teams
• Own RF subsystem definitions and perform trade studies
• Select components, capture schematics, and design RF assemblies
• Lead prototyping, bring‑up, debug, and testing of RF hardware
• Iterate designs based on lab and environmental tests
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews and risk planning
