Acceler8 Talent is seeking the first RF Systems Engineer to shape the architecture for radar and satellite communications products in a hands-on startup environment. You will translate customer requirements into RF system architecture, define budgets, and collaborate across RFIC/MMIC, EM, analog and packaging teams to deliver integrated hardware.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing RF systems for radar, satellite, or wireless products.
• Translate customer requirements into system-level specifications and budgets.
• Collaborate with RFIC/MMIC, EM, analog, and packaging teams.
• Validate hardware through measurements and OTA characterization.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer requirements into RF system architecture, budgets and block-level specifications.
• Make design trades across phased arrays, beamformers, T/R modules and transceiver chains.
• Define link budgets, noise figure, linearity, EIRP and dynamic-range requirements.
• Work across RFIC/MMIC, electromagnetics, analog and packaging teams to deliver integrated hardware.
• Validate assembled systems through measurement, calibration and over-the-air characterization.
• Act as the technical interface to customer systems teams from requirements through acceptance.
