Apple in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced RFIC Design Engineer to develop wireless transceiver blocks for a state‑of‑the‑art SoC. You will work across RF/Analog, digital, and systems teams to translate requirements into silicon in a deep sub‑micron RFCMOS process.

Role focuses on delivering TX/RX/PLL blocks, calibrations, and production‑level validation, driving KPI targets and ensuring robust tape‑out readiness as part of a fast‑paced Apple Wireless Connectivity team.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of industry experience in RF/analog design.
• Deep understanding of analog concepts such as noise, linearity, mismatch, stability, and other impairments.
• Experience crafting and bringing to mass production wireless transceivers in RFCMOS technologies.

Aufgaben

• Drive radio KPI (power, area, performance) to meet product requirements.
• Collaborate with platform architecture, wireless design, RF HW and SW to define radio features.
• Design and deliver radio transceiver building blocks including TX/RX/PLL for wireless connectivity.
• Provide design versus silicon measurements correlation and production readiness.
