Apple Inc. seeks an RFIC Design Engineer within the Wireless Radio team to architect, design, and validate radio transceivers integrated into wireless SoCs. You will contribute from concept to silicon, delivering TX/RX/PLL blocks for Wireless Connectivity products.

Qualificações

• BS + 3+ years in analog/RF design required.
• Experience with RF transceivers and silicon characterization.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and RF design tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide RFIC designs for wireless SoC and drive to mass production.
• Contribute from concept to transistor-level feasibility studies.
• Design TX/RX/PLL-LOGen blocks for wireless products.
• Coordinate with RF Systems on specs and margins.
• Develop RF/Analog loopbacks for calibration.
• Address Co‑Existence scenarios to meet CoEx requirements.
• Collaborate with test engineers for device characterization and validation.
