Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. in Eatontown, NJ seeks a Senior RF Test Technician to join our production team. This hands-on role tests, tunes, and troubleshoots RF/microwave assemblies using PNAs, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers, focusing on device-level RF tuning.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in RF testing in manufacturing, experience with PNAs or VNAs, and is comfortable under a microscope in a fast-paced environment. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years RF testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on with network analyzers (PNA/VNA).
• U.S. Person under export laws or eligible for approval.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate RF test equipment including PNAs, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic components, subassemblies, and systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to develop and execute test procedures.
• Document test results, prepare technical reports, and recommend solutions to technical issues.
• Assist in the selection and setup of specialized test equipment.
• Perform rework and adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
