Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF Test Systems Engineer to join the STaRS Test Automation team in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on design and development of test equipment and software for radar and RF systems, with security clearance requirements.

The position is 100% onsite with DoD Secret clearance required on day 1. Expect cross-functional collaboration, data-driven problem solving, and leadership in test automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum five (5) years of Automation Test Equipment/UUT Test Systems Engineering experience.
• Hardware and software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance in production environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with test personnel - electrical, software, mechanical.
