Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Test Engineer to support test equipment deployment across manufacturing sites and to identify testing improvements for the internal test development team. You will analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement changes to ensure product quality in integration and sustainment contexts.

The role requires deep RF fundamentals, experience with PCBA testing, and collaboration with Design, Quality and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing tests, RF validation, or hardware/system integration.
• Experience with contract manufacturers testing PCBA/electronic assemblies.
• Proficient with Python, LabVIEW, and MATLAB for data parsing/visualization.
• Experience with RF test equipment and S-parameters knowledge.
• Strong root cause analysis of non-conforming hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Validate automated test systems and deployment to manufacturing lines.
• Own RF test strategy and coverage for EW systems across development and manufacturing.
• Drive improvements in RF test architecture, scalability, and production readiness.
• Create and maintain electrical test systems through full lifecycle.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems for automation and coverage.
• Document test plans, user instructions and manuals.
• Execute testing as required.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support customer returns and failure analysis with Design, Quality and Manufacturing.
