Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a Senior RF Test Engineer to design and implement RF test plans for satellite and aerospace systems. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to build reusable test architectures and automate measurements, ensuring high-quality test results and efficient lab operations.

The role requires strong RF measurement skills, lab automation experience, and excellent communication. Phased array familiarity and Python/MATLAB coding are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of RF test design/analysis experience.
• Strong RF measurement proficiency (Linearity, NSD, EVM).
• Experience with test architectures, scripting, and lab automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and implement RF test plans and procedures.
• Map requirements to reusable test architectures and procedures.
• Log and present results to stakeholders.
• Manage lab equipment and guide procurement decisions.
