CesiumAstro is seeking a Staff RF Test Engineer to design and implement RF test plans for cutting-edge satellite and aerospace systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop reusable test architectures and robust procedures, using RF test equipment and scripting to automate measurements.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware/software integration, with opportunities to influence design-for-test and evaluation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of RF test system design/analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency with RF measurements (Linearity, NSD, EVM, etc.).
• Experience in test architecture design and development including scripting, test executives, hardware, and measurement abstraction layers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis, and implementation of RF test plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with design and test teams to develop test requirements and reusable architectures.
• Log, present results to stakeholders, and guide equipment purchase decisions.
• Present engineering design reviews to customers and executive team.
