Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields and 5+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience with microwave transmit/receive functions.
• Experience with microwave testing and production interfacing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test state-of-the-art microwave products (modules, TRIMMs, planar arrays).
• Lead test integration teams for RF microwave test capabilities.
• Coordinate with factory, program, and customer on test station design improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and analyze defect trends for production needs.
• Work on-site in McKinney, TX during 1st shift.
