Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with microwave frequency TX/RX functions.
• Experience with test methods using RF measurement equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active U.S. government DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test state-of-the-art microwave products (modules, TRIMMs, arrays).
• Lead test integration efforts and establish RF test capabilities for production.
• Coordinate design improvements with factory, program, and customer teams.
• Troubleshoot, analyze defect trends, and drive process improvements.
• Interface with engineers and production staff to optimize test stations.
• Support on-site operations on the McKinney, TX shift.
