Job summary

Echodyne Corp is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Test Development Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing test systems for high‑performance radar products. This role collaborates with design, quality, IT, and production to scale manufacturing and improve process robustness.

Ideal candidates have extensive RF/microwave test experience, strong Python skills, and a track record building automated test setups, fixtures, and PCBA test interfaces.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in a Test Engineering role.
• Experience with RF/microwave test methods and instruments.
• Ability to design automated test systems and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Define radar manufacturing test requirements and station design.
• Design, implement, and maintain test hardware and software.
• Support test systems through full lifecycle of development to production.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering and IT teams to support test systems.
• Evaluate new/updated test processes for accuracy and repeatability.
• Integrate test instrumentation and optimize yield and throughput.
• Create documentation and train production staff on test procedures.
• Work with contract manufacturers to support test processes.
• Optimize test strategy for efficacy and ROI.
