Echodyne Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development Manager to lead a team of test engineers and technicians, driving the design and deployment of new manufacturing test solutions for radar products.

The role requires extensive experience with RF/microwave systems, PCB fabrication, and collaboration across design, systems, and software teams to ensure high quality and efficient production. This is a US-based, exempt position with competitive compensation.

Competenze

• BS or MS in electrical, electronic, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading test engineering teams in electronics manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of expertise in designing and fabricating custom test systems.
• Echodyne's export control requirements and disclosure of eligibility as part of the application process.

Mansioni

• Manage a staff of test engineers and technicians to support the development of production test systems.
• Collaborate with design, systems and software teams to define test coverage ensuring product quality and production efficiency.
• Design, develop and release manufacturing test processes and test systems including software, hardware modules and data infrastructure.
• Coordinate with third-party test integration companies developing test solutions.
• Generate DFT guidelines to influence new radar designs.
• Work with design and supplier quality to enable an effective RF/high-speed PCBAs supply chain.
• Oversee PCBA and other sub-assembly testing at supplier locations and in-house.
• Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement projects for manufacturing test processes.
