Job summary

Echodyne is hiring an Electronics Test Technician to support radar production and testing. You will develop and maintain production test solutions, apply RF and PCB lab skills, and ensure quality while meeting aggressive production goals.

The role emphasizes test system development, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. Eligible candidates must handle export-controlled information as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electronics measurement experience.
• Experience in manufacturing test processes.
• Eligibility to handle export-controlled data (ITAR, EAR).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary production line resource for test stations, fixtures, equipment, and interruptions.
• Support test system development and integration activities.
• Perform test station qualification and validation.
• Conduct root cause analysis of test equipment failures and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop test system maintenance procedures.
• Analyze test data to identify systemic issues.
• Develop debug methodologies for emergent failure modes.
• Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing test processes with engineering teams.
