Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Test Development Engineer in Kirkland, WA to design, build, and optimize production test systems ensuring quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with design, quality, IT, and production teams to scale manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS in electrical/electronic/mechanical/test engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in a Test Engineering role developing manufacturing test solutions.
• Experience with RF/microwave measurement and automated test systems.
• Ability to design and deploy complete automated test systems.

Responsibilities

• Define radar manufacturing test requirements and station design needs.
• Design, implement, and maintain test hardware/software for production.
• Support test systems through development, scaling, and refinement lifecycles.
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, IT, and production for test integration.
• Evaluate new/test processes for accuracy, repeatability, and compliance.
• Integrate test instrumentation and monitor data for yield improvements.
• Create docs and train staff on test procedures and tools.
• Work with contract manufacturers to support test processes.
• Optimize test strategy for efficiency and ROI.
