Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior RF Manufacturing Test Engineer for the Electromagnetic Warfare team. You will own production test flow, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality, high-throughput testing of RF hardware.

Collaboration with design, quality, and manufacturing teams is essential. The role requires deep expertise in RF test, PCBA testing, and MES/TES systems, with a path to R&D input and NPI support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies; knowledge of PCBA testing standards.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment (power supplies, loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition).
• Strong root cause analysis of non-conforming hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with PLM, MES, and TES systems; experience with integrated electrical/mechanical/software projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and troubleshooting.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system to component level.
• Improve and sustain test systems to boost automation and coverage.
• Create test work instructions for MES and train technicians.
• Develop library of common failure modes and RCCA guidelines.
• Identify root causes of product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing to support returns and analysis.
• Contribute feedback for early-stage test design (NPI).
• Analyze test data and produce reports highlighting defects and improvements.
• Provide feedback to design engineers for product enhancements based on test results.
• Optimize test strategies for efficiency while preserving quality.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for precision.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
• Execute testing as required.
