Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the EW Manufacturing Team. You will ensure rigorous production testing to meet stringent standards and throughput requirements, while advancing automation, interfaces, and data analytics.

You will own test activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing to resolve failures and improve products throughout the lifecycle. Eligible for U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.

Responsibilities

• Own production test activities and maintain test flow, troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Maintain and improve test capabilities across the value stream, from system to component level.
• Improve automation, throughput, and test coverage; develop clear work instructions for MES users.
• Develop fast recovery guides and RCCA to resolve failures efficiently.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing teams on returns and failure analysis.
