Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in San Diego, CA, is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to lead RF subsystem development within a hybrid work model (3 days on site, 2 remote). You will coordinate with program management, shape schedules, budgets, and technical reviews to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 5 years of engineering experience.
• Expertise RF/Microwave subsystem design and related simulation/verification techniques.
• Experience with project-based environment and schedule/financial management tools.
• DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RF subsystem development effort across design, manufacturing, integration and test.
• Coordinate with program management to meet schedule and budget baselines.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Resource Plans and risk matrices.
• Provide input for baseline change requests and variance reports.
• Lead a multi-function program team representing customer and business interests.
