Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an engineering leader to drive the technical and operational aspects of complex development programs. You will collaborate with program management to ensure schedule and budget adherence, lead RF subsystem design across multiple disciplines, and translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

You will guide the Integrated Master Schedules, risk plans, and resource allocations, while interfacing with customers and executive staff to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering experience with leadership on design and development projects.
• RF/Microwave subsystem design expertise with modeling and verification knowledge.
• Hands-on leadership in a project-based environment, including use of project tools (schedule and financial management).

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of work against the NRE budget and deliverables.
• Collaborate with program management to adhere to schedule and budget.
• Oversee engineering development, design, prototype build, test, and resource allocation.
• Develop estimates to complete and apply earned value management and risk management.
• Create and maintain project planning documents (IMS, IP plans, Risk Matrix).
• Support reporting of Estimation at Complete and performance baselines.
• Lead IPT as primary technical interface with customer.
• Manage RF subsystem development across RF, mechanical, manufacturing, integration, and test disciplines.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
