Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in San Jose, CA is seeking an RF Technician to support production activities focused on microwave subsystems, alignment, and testing to meet shipping schedules. The role involves RF circuit alignment, circuit card testing, data collection, and working with manufacturing engineers.

You will operate in a production environment, review documentation, and participate in daily production meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' work experience troubleshooting, testing and tuning RF equipment.
• Familiarity with microwave test equipment including network/spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, power meters and DVMs.
• Ability to use small hand tools and work under a microscope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to follow written instructions.
• Computer skills including file manipulation, organization, and basic Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; US person as defined by export laws.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot microwave subsystems and circuit card assemblies in a production environment.
• Perform RF tuning and data review to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Follow production documentation and maintain detailed testing records and rework data.
• Participate in daily production meetings and coordinate with manufacturing engineers.
