Job summary

Falcata in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development and production of RF sensor technologies for defense platforms. The role requires deep experience across hardware, software, and firmware integration, with direct customer interaction and program management collaboration.

You will oversee design, test, and production transitions, drive requirements analysis, and help shape the product roadmap while ensuring manufacturability

Qualifications

BS in engineering or applied science.
10–12 years of industry experience.
Radar and/or electronic warfare product development experience.
Demonstrated technical leadership and strong communication skills.
Ability to obtain SECRET DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, test, and production transition of RF sensor products.
Analyze system requirements and architect solutions across disciplines.
Provide technical leadership and risk management with program management.
Collaborate with customer, PM, and technical team to deliver manufacturable products.
Support all phases of development and field testing; mentor team members.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
