Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in RF front-end module design for mobile/wireless.
• Manage detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate product design, test, packaging, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Support NPI, customer samples, and ramp readiness with operations.
• Improve development predictability using Lean concepts and PDP.
• Report status to BU staff, project team, and marketing.
