Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in project management in electronics/semiconductor.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in RF front-end projects.
• Hybrid work: 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
• This position not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers for key milestones and deliverables with the marketing team.
• Lead cross-functional teams in design and development of RF front-end modules (Filters, Silicon ICs, and PAs).
• Manage detailed program schedules using Microsoft Project, Wrike, and Excel.
• Coordinate efforts across product design, test engineering, packaging, quality, and supply chain.
• Support NPI, customer samples, and ramp readiness with operations.
• Improve predictability of development programs via Lean concepts.
• Report project status to BU staff, project team, and marketing.
