Job summary

Qualifications

• Leading cross-functional teams in RF front-end module design and development.
• Managing detailed program schedules using MS Project, Wrike, and Excel.
• Coordinating design, test, packaging, quality and supply chain for on-time delivery.
• Supporting NPI, customer samples and ramp readiness with operations and manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of RF products with multichip BOMs; systems and applications experience.
• Ability to align KPIs and production values with customer PRD and PDP.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones across RF front-end projects.
• Define and execute program schedules and deliverables across phases.
• Coordinate product design, test, packaging, quality and supply chain efforts.
• Support NPI, customer samples, and ramp readiness activities.
• Report project status to business unit, team, and marketing groups.
