Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Sr Applications Engineer to support RFIC and system-level work. You will enable performance on customer reference designs and collaborate with design engineers across RFIC and board-level development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of WiFi, IoT and Bluetooth protocols and RF bands.
• Knowledge of RF circuit design, impedance matching, PCB schematics/layout tools, and basic signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Enable product performance on customer reference designs.
• Support tier-1 customers and reference design partners through design phases and post-mass production.
• Provide system-level feedback to RFIC development with internal design teams.
• Test and debug product evaluation boards and customer reference boards.
• Create and update product documentation including RF parameters, schematics, tunings and application information.
• Participate in standards activities and RFIC development efforts.
