Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated Principal Production Test Engineer to drive test processes in a factory setting. You will optimize forward/reverse test flows, maintain test documentation, and ensure prime hardware meets technical data package requirements.

You will troubleshoot complex RF, digital, and analog test setups, analyze data, and lead continuous improvement projects across Mechanical, Automation, and Software teams. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in test engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience related to RF test methods and RF microwave product testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide test engineering support in manufacturing environments.
• Observe and report test data using engineering drawings and manuals.
• Troubleshoot and repair Digital, Analog and RF equipment.
• Dispostion non-conforming material via root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and costs using data-driven decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage test environment changes.
• Review system-level test data for compliance with specifications.
