Job summary

You will influence test strategies, architectures, and transition to production through data analysis and RCCA methodologies, ensuring compliance with technical data package requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM, 5+ years in manufacturing or test environments, leadership experience, and the ability to obtain interim Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, product and/or test environment.
• Experience with data analysis or RCCA.
• Ability to obtain interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Validating new or modified test equipment for production use, ensuring accuracy of work instructions and that test equipment and software meet product-specific test requirements
• Coaching & providing technical training to other test engineers
• Monitoring and improving test processes through analysis of predictive metrics, failure mode and test yields
• Performing preliminary investigations for problem resolution & testing production
• Participating in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of the product or test equipment
