Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA is seeking an Advanced RF Power Amplifier Engineer to design and optimize power amplifiers for aerospace wireless systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to push performance and reliability in critical applications.

You will leverage your RF design expertise, simulate with ADS/AWR/HFSS, and collaborate with customers to translate requirements into innovative wireless solutions. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 6+ years in RF Power Amplifier engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Power Amplifiers for wireless communication systems and RF design principles.
• Proficiency in simulation tools for RF system design (ADS, AWR, HFSS).
• Experience with Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Conduct system-level analysis and optimization to ensure high performance and compliance with industry standards
