Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA is seeking an Advanced RF Power Amplifier Engineer to design, optimize, and deliver power amplifiers for aerospace RF systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to meet stringent performance and reliability standards.

The role requires a strong background in RF power amplifier design, RF design principles, and experience with ADS/AWR/HFSS tools, with eligibility to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in RF Power Amplifier engineering
• Strong knowledge of Power Amplifiers for wireless communication systems and RF design principles (Matching networks, Amplifier Classes, Load Line, etc)
• Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools for RF system design and optimization (ADS, AWR, HFSS preferred)
• Experience with wireless protocols such as Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular technologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Power Amplifiers for wireless and RF systems and products tailored for aerospace applications
• Conduct system-level analysis and optimization to ensure high performance and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand requirements and deliver innovative wireless solutions
