Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA seeks a Principal Wireless/RF Engineer specializing in antenna technology. You will invent and develop defense antenna products for EW systems across land, sea, and air, collaborating with customers to define requirements and drive satisfaction.

The role focuses on electromagnetic design, simulation, testing, and collaboration with a team at an on-site Lansdale location with extensive test facilities.

Qualifications

• BSEE with 15+ years RF/Microwave antenna design and RF measurements.
• MSEE with 12+ years RF/Microwave antenna design and measurements.
• 8+ years PC software experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• US export control access and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Invent, design RF/Microwave antennas across 3 MHz‑110 GHz.
• Lead design, analysis, and testing of antennas, hybrids, and feeds.
• Document test procedures and support drafting activities.
• Travel <10% for production support and customer meetings.
• Prepare and present TIMs, PDRs, and CDRs to customers.
