Job summary

Actalent in Newtown, PA is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to own the full development lifecycle of advanced RF products for aerospace and defense. This on-site role collaborates with firmware, FPGA, PCB, mechanical, and test teams to deliver high-performance transmitter and receiver solutions.

You will design RF circuits, simulate with Cadence AWR Microwave Office, verify with PSpice, and guide RF layouts and test methods toward production readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RF circuit design experience with RF product ownership
• Transmitter/receiver design experience in aerospace/defense
• Experience with Cadence AWR Microwave Office as primary tool
• Lab experience with RF test equipment and validation

Responsibilities

• Design RF and analog circuits for transmitter and receiver products
• Own the full RF development lifecycle from requirements to production release
• Create RF architectures, block diagrams, schematics, and test strategies
• Simulate RF performance and correlate with measured results
• Guide RF layouts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
