Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Principal Engineer to design and package RF hardware, antennas, radomes, and RF test equipment. You will lead multi-disciplinary programs, provide technical oversight, and help shape roadmaps with engineering teams and customers.

This onsite role requires a DoD Secret clearance and experience in RF product packaging, 3D CAD, GD&T, and mentoring. Raytheon offers relocation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 10+ years experience, or advanced degree with 8+ years.
• Experience design/analysis for RF packaging (CCAs, antennas, radomes, RF test eq).
• Ability to obtain interim DoD clearance; eligibility for higher access.

• Guide RF hardware packaging and mechanical design activities.
