Job summary

Fruition Group US in San Jose, CA seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead customer programs from initial development through production and delivery in RF Microwave Design. You will coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations and Sales to meet schedules and specifications.

The role requires 6+ years in RF/Microwave, a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, and willingness to travel. You will drive qualification plans, respond to RFQs, and continuously improve program

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 6+ years of RF/Microwave industry experience.
• Strong project/program management, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in aerospace/defense, government contracting, high-reliability or space environments.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate customer programs from development through production and delivery.
• Interface between Sales, Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing to meet customer requirements.
• Track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and remove roadblocks.
• Support stage-gate processes and qualification plans for ruggedized aerospace/defense/space applications.
• Provide clear program updates to internal teams and customers.
