Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or hardware engineering on RF, wireless, or embedded hardware products.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑phase hardware/software integrated programs.
• Technical fluency across RF, digital hardware, and embedded software.
• Strong cross‑functional networking and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic roadmap and execution plan for RF sensing capability with lead engineers.
• Lead RF product lines from prototype to production ramp and fielding, managing schedules and risks.
• Manage contract manufacturers, design partners, and suppliers: quotes, testing, and long‑lead procurement.
• Coordinate a blended team of employees and contractors, tracking deliverables and scope.
