Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a seasoned RF/Hardware Lead to guide the Hardware Design Team and collaborate with cross-functional engineers on advancing RF/microwave hardware for critical programs. You will oversee the full design lifecycle, lead verification efforts, mentor engineers, and contribute to AESA subsystem discipline, with eligibility for Secret clearance.

US citizenship is required, and relocation options may be available.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
12+ years of relevant engineering experience; 10 years with a Master’s; or 8 years with a PhD.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance (SAP).
RF/Microwave modeling, simulation and PCB design tools (Keysight ADS, Xpedition, HFSS).
Drafting and design experience in PCB design for fabrication and PWB layer stack for digital, RF and mixed signal CCAs.

Responsibilities

Lead the Hardware Design Team and partner with other engineering function leaders to progress hardware products.
Oversee the full design lifecycle including development, integration, and test.
Lead verification efforts for RF, Analog, and Digital hardware designs and troubleshooting.
