Qualifications

• Bachelor’s STEM degree with 8 years of relevant work experience (or 6 years with a Master’s, or 3 with a Ph.D.).
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience with AESA antennas and RF/microwave design.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C# for modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test RF/microwave systems including antennas and subsystems.
• Lead a team of antenna design engineers through integration and testing.
• Present complex programs to customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers in antenna design and analysis.
• Document procedures, test reports, and RF requirements.
