Job summary

MPG Dover is seeking an RF Design Engineer to design microwave filters meeting customer specifications in Salisbury, MD. You will evaluate RFQs, support sales discussions, and participate in customer visits, including potential travel to the Dominican Republic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with primary focus in RF/Microwave technologies or 8 years design experience of RF/Microwave filters in at least two topologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; reading drawings, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Designs microwave filters that meet customer specifications.
• Evaluates RFQs and interfaces with sales feasibility and pricing.
• Participates in onsite visits and product discussions with customers, including travel to overseas facilities.
• Evaluates orders (new, similar, repeat, modification) and analyzes filter responses using RF design software.
• Oversees prototyping of filters and provides support to manufacturing to resolve issues.
