Job summary

Dover Corp is seeking an experienced RF/microwave design engineer to develop filters meeting customer specifications. The role involves evaluating RFQs, interfacing with sales for feasibility and pricing, and outlining completion strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with RF/Microwave focus or 8+ years in RF/Microwave filters.
• Ability to apply calculus, algebra and statistics; strong reading of drawings and schematics.
• English and Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design microwave filters to meet customer specs and evaluate RFQs.
• Interface with sales feasibility and pricing; analyze packages and strategy.
• Oversee prototyping, check prints and BOM accuracy, coordinate with digital and applications engineers.
• Travel to customer sites and overseas facilities as needed; support manufacturing in resolving issues.
