Job summary

MPG Dover in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Engineering Technician to support prototyping, testing and debugging of filter products and assemblies. You will use network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators while interpreting schematics and documentation to guide engineering decisions.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent training, plus 5 years RF/Microwave related experience. Soldering and precise measurement are expected on a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military training with RF/Microwave testing experience.
• Experience interpreting schematics, troubleshooting, calibration and component function.
• Soldering experience and ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, troubleshoot, test components and assemblies in support of engineering.
• Operate test equipment such as network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
• Document results, communicate solutions to stakeholders and support production issues.
