Job summary

MPG Dover is seeking an Applications Engineer to evaluate customer RF and microwave filter requirements and develop accurate quotations. The role collaborates with Engineering to ensure alignment with design, manufacturing, and testing processes, and uses ERP/CRM tools to generate part numbers, pricing, and quotes.

The candidate will support Business Development and Inside Sales, manage multiple opportunities, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer RF & Microwave filter requirements and prepare timely quotations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to align with design, manufacturing, and testing methods.
• Create part numbers in ERP and pricing in pricing guides.
• Develop pricing models for new products and prepare CRM quotations.
• Support Business Development and Inside Sales in customer meetings.
• Interface with Engineering to ensure best-practice design and manufacturing processes.
