Job summary

Narda-MITEQ is seeking a Sr. Associate RF/Microwave Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge IMAs and high-frequency components. You will work with an engineering team on bench testing, CAE simulations, and manufacturing-ready designs, while ensuring schedule and cost targets are met.

The role requires hands-on testing, schematic capture, PCB layout review, and cross-functional communication to drive product success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with ≥2 years experience, or a graduate degree with 0–2 years experience.
• Experience with microwave test equipment (network/spectrum analyzers, power meters, noise figure meters).
• Experience with linear CAE, especially Keysight ADS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interface with other functional areas.
• Ability to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support production of active and passive microwave circuits and modules.
• Perform linear simulations of active and passive microwave circuits.
• Perform EM simulations of passive microwave circuits.
• Support RF and microwave subassembly system analysis.
• Develop specifications for microwave components and subassemblies.
• Perform RF testing, data analysis, and document design results.
• Design for ease of manufacturing and perform PCB/layout review.
• Collaborate across departments and with customers/suppliers.
