Job summary

Narda-MITEQ is recruiting a Sr. Associate RF/Microwave Engineer to join an experienced team developing cutting-edge IMAs and high-frequency components. You will conduct CAE analysis, bench testing, and collaborate across functions to meet schedule and cost targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, simulations, and production support, with opportunities for advanced microwave circuit work and security-clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years.
• Experience with microwave test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, or noise figure meters.
• Experience with linear CAE, specifically Keysight ADS, to simulate and design microwave circuits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with other functional areas and teams.
• Ability to gain Secret Level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support production of active and passive microwave circuits and multi-function modules.
• Perform linear simulations of active and passive microwave circuits.
• Perform EM simulations of passive microwave circuits.
• Support the RF and microwave subassembly system analysis.
• Develop specifications for microwave components and subassemblies.
• Perform RF testing, data analysis, and documentation of design results.
• Design for ease of manufacturing.
• Perform schematic capture, PCB layout review, integration and troubleshooting.
